The local oral interpretation of literature contest was held today. The winners are on the graphic. Congrats to all who tried out today. The alternates are Taylor Didomenico in Serious; Adie Rempfer in Storytelling; Fallon Rich/Lillian Love in Duet; Ruby Fitzmaurice, Emmalyn Heckenlaible, Zain Kishbaugh, and Bailey Neuharth in Readers Theater.
District contest will be held in Mitchell on the 5th of November. Region contest will also be held in Mitchell on the 24th of November. State Contest will be December 5-6 in Watertown.

The FFA chapter is now selling Minntex fruit, meat, cheese, chocolates, and coffee! If you would like to purchase from a specific FFA member, you will need their student code. Menno will offer a Fan Bus to go to the playoff game in Hamlin. We need at least 20 people to ride the bus in order for it to go. It will be $10 per person to ride the bus. High school students and adults can ride the bus. PreK-8th grade can ride the bus if accompanied by a parent/guardian. Sign up for the fan bus by calling the school at 605-387-5161 or sign up in the office. Money will be collected before boarding the bus.
