The FFA Mission 

FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education.

National FFA Organization 

FFA membership today is comprised of 735,038 student members in grades seven through 12 who belong to one of 8,817 local FFA chapters throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The Menno FFA Chapter competes in LDEs (Leadership Development Events) in the fall and CDEs (Career Development Events) in the spring. Each fall, the Menno Chapter takes members to the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, IN. The officer team plans school events to celebrate FFA week, which takes place every February. The chapter holds an end-of-the-year banquet in May to induct new officers, hand out awards, and thank the supporters of FFA.
