Parents of one act cast and crew, we will announce the one act play awards at halftime of the BBB game on Thursday at the end of the second quarter. Please make sure to have your student at the game. I told them to be nicely dressed (no holes in jeans and a nice shirt).
Good luck to the GBB teams as they host Bon Homme tonight. JV starts at 6:15 and varsity will follow. We will also honor some senior girls for National Girls and Women in Sports Day.
Congratulations to the Dark Road cast and crew on their state superior play. Also, congratulations to Kaelie Derby, Chandler Dant, and Alexis Hogeland on their individual outstanding performance awards. MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS and PARENTS: FCCLA will be holding a Valentine's Day fundraiser. Valentine Grams will be delivered at the end of the school day on Tuesday, the 14th. Students can send fun messages to their friends or staff. Parents can surprise their child with a sweet treat delivered during the school day or show some appreciation to a favorite staff member. The Irene-Wakonda Boys Classic that was scheduled for this past Saturday has been rescheduled to Feb 11 @ Irene. Menno is now the home team, contrary to previously mentioned, and will wear WHITE uniforms. The game times are as follows:

3:00 Scotland vs. SC/Woonsocket
4:30 I-W vs. Wolsey/Wessington
All one act play students have play practice today from 3:20 – 4:20. Please be there on time. Also remember to have a makeup slip handed into the office for all day on Thursday. We will meet in the old gym Thursday morning at 8:00 to make sure we have everything loaded and ready to go to Sioux Falls.
