Menno made quick work of Avon on the road, defeating the Pirates 3-0. For the Wolves, Lexie McNinch finished with nine kills and two blocks, and Joslynn Fischer nabbed three kills, four service aces, 12 assists, and 12 digs. Lila Vanderlei finished with nine kills for Avon.
Menno will be sending five runners to the Girls Class B State Cross Country Meet tomorrow! Wish Nora R., Ellyana U., Zoe S., Savanah W., and Briley C. good luck as they head to Rapid City. Running will start for Class B Girls at 12pm on Saturday October 26th.

Just a reminder that the middle school (grades 6-8) boys & girls basketball teams will start practice on Monday, Oct. 28. We are excited to start this new adventure as the Scotland/Menno Trappers. The boys practice in Scotland & the girls in Menno. The bus leaves at 3:30. Go Trappers.

Tonight the Wolves volleyball team travel to Avon to take on the Lady Pirates! JV will start at 5:30pm and varsity will follow. Come on out and join us on this Friday Night match-up!

Menno Elementary participated in the Jump Start Read for the Record challenge this morning to celebrate literacy. We had 101 participants!! Thank you Mrs. Wollmann for setting this up.

Eighth grade students in Mrs. Knodel's Creative Technology class used tools in Canva to create game boards for the novel Ground Zero.


The Menno National Honor Society will host their annual Veterans Day Program on Monday November 11th at 2pm in the New Gym. This event is open to the public and all are invited to help us honor and celebrate those who have served our country. Afterwards, there will be coffee and bars served in the Old Gym.

Scholastic Book Fair October 21-24 at the Menno Library!!
It will be open during school hours plus Wednesday evening and Thursday during conferences.

Five students competed in the BV Lynx Tournament on Saturday. According to Lilly and Sam, " It was very skividi (cool)" Adie said, "I agree that the day was fun and I learned a lot." Emmalyn and Bailey said, It was better than we thought."

Tonight we honor and thank the seniors who have put in hours of dedication, hard work, and passion into the Trapper Football program. We thank you for your leadership and the inspiration you have been to our Trapper Family. You will be missed next year, but we look forward to everything that you will do.
