For any boys interested or just curious about trying wrestling, there will be one more wrestling “open mats” on Thursday November 14th from 4-5:30pm in Scotland for any boys grades 6-12.
The next local blood drive is Tuesday November 12 from 1:00-6:00 p.m. at Peace CRC.

Happy Veterans Day! Join us in the new gym at 2pm for our annual Veterans Day celebration. This is open to the public. Coffee and bars will be served in the old gym afterwards.
Come and listen to the Voice of Democracy speech by Fallon R. as well as Patriot's Pen essays by Eve R., Savannah W., and Briley C. at the Veterans Day program at 2:00 PM in the main gym. VOD and PP winners (Fallon, Eve, Jeremiah M., Briley Cross, and Olivia S.) will also be recognized.
Today the MS Girls Basketball teams traveled to Wagner for their first tournament of the year. They played in three divisions: 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.
6th grade went 3-0 on the day winning games against Wagner, Mount Vernon/Plankinton, and Bon Homme.
7th grade had two losses against Wagner and St. Francis, and fought back for a win against Andes Central/Dakota Christian.
8th grade had some tough games against Gregory, Wolsey-Wessington and Wagner but showed improvement throughout the day.
Keep working hard, hustling, and being aggressive girls! Go Trappers!

Ervin and the RT team will advance to regional competition on Tuesday, November 19 in Mitchell.

Tonight the #3 seeded Menno Wolves Volleyball team will take on the #6 seeded Freeman Flyers in the Region 4B Volleyball tournament! It will be hosted in Menno and starts at 7pm. Admission prices are set by the SDHSAA and will be $6/adults and $4/students in K-12. No passes will be accepted.
