Last night the volleyball team took on the Lady Highlanders of Scotland! The C-Team went 1-1 with the Highlanders, while JV and Varsity took the clean sweep going 2-0 and 3-0 respectively. Our first post season game will be on November 5th in Menno against the winners of the Freeman and Scotland game on Nov. 4th. Congrats girls and good luck in the post season!

MENNO — The Menno Wolves defeated the Scotland Lady Highlanders in three sets, 25-16, 25-10, 25-13, in Tuesday night volleyball action in Menno.
Menno’s Joslynn Fischer, Haylee Hall, and Lexie McNinch all had five kills. Nora Robb had a team high of nine assists and 14 digs.
For Scotland. Trinity Bietz ended the match with seven kills and a match high of 17 digs. Hope Starwalt finished her night with 11 assists.
Both teams will begin region play next week.
Tonight we honor our Cross County and Volleyball Seniors for their years of hard-work and dedication into their programs! The volleyball seniors ended their regular season on a high with a victory over the Highlanders. We look forward to the leadership and passion they will show in the post season! Fantastic end to a very busy season! Zoe 36th, Ellyana 58th, Nora 80th, Savanah 104th and Briley 108th. This group is also the first full girls team to run at a state meet for Menno. What an accomplishment!

Menno made quick work of Avon on the road, defeating the Pirates 3-0. For the Wolves, Lexie McNinch finished with nine kills and two blocks, and Joslynn Fischer nabbed three kills, four service aces, 12 assists, and 12 digs. Lila Vanderlei finished with nine kills for Avon.
Just a reminder that the middle school (grades 6-8) boys & girls basketball teams will start practice on Monday, Oct. 28. We are excited to start this new adventure as the Scotland/Menno Trappers. The boys practice in Scotland & the girls in Menno. The bus leaves at 3:30. Go Trappers.

Menno will be sending five runners to the Girls Class B State Cross Country Meet tomorrow! Wish Nora R., Ellyana U., Zoe S., Savanah W., and Briley C. good luck as they head to Rapid City. Running will start for Class B Girls at 12pm on Saturday October 26th.
