Menno will offer a Fan Bus to go to the playoff game in Hamlin. We need at least 20 people to ride the bus in order for it to go. It will be $10 per person to ride the bus. High school students and adults can ride the bus. PreK-8th grade can ride the bus if accompanied by a parent/guardian. Sign up for the fan bus by calling the school at 605-387-5161 or sign up in the office. Money will be collected before boarding the bus.

Tonight the Menno Wolves are heading to Dakota Christian to take on the AC/DC Thunderhawks! The JV match starts at 6:15pm and Varsity will follow. Good luck tonight Wolves!
Ms. Sternhagen will be gone from Parent-Teacher Conferences this Thursday after 3pm. If you are unable to make it to conferences while she is available, please email her to arrange a time to meet before or after school this week or next week. You can also call the school to make arrangements.
Due to a calculation error by the SDHSAA for the football playoff seeding points , the Scotland/Menno Trappers will now play the Hamlin Chargers on Thursday, Oct. 23 at 7 pm. The game will be played in Hayti, SD. School will still be dismissed at noon on Thursday and Parent/Teacher Conferences are being held from 1:30-6:30 pm. Due to the football playoff game being in Hill City on Oct 23, 2025, there will be some minor changes to our Parent Teacher Conference day schedule. We will be dismissing all students at 12:00 noon on Thursday, Oct 23, 2025. Lunch will be served for all students, grades K-12. Buses will run their p.m. routes. Conferences will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thank you.

The flier has the incorrect day it should say TUESDAY.
If you would like a retake, please return the full packet of prints with $8 and they will print their same order with the new picture. You do not need to order again.

Tonight the Menno Wolves take on the Parker/Marion Pheasants in Marion! There will be a C Team match at 5:00pm, JV will start at 6:15pm, and Varsity will follow. Head to Marion tonight and cheer on our Menno Wolves!
The Scotland/Menno Trappers will play at Hill City in the SD 9AA FB playoffs on Thursday, Oct. 23. Game time is 6 pm (MST) and 7 pm central.

Trappers game report from the Yankton P&D online. Alcester-Hudson 64, Scotland-Menno 16 ALCESTER — Alcester-Hudson’s Jackson Meyer recorded four touchdowns as the Cubs downed the Scotland-Menno Trappers, 64-16, in prep football action on Friday. Meyer’s four touchdown catches included 101 receiving yards in the Cubs’ victory. Also for Alcester-Hudson, Tommy Walth went 13-for-15 passing for 232 yards. Walth tallied one touchdown run. Liam Moumy totaled 109 rushing yards with one touchdown. Jacob Cole recorded one touchdown catch. For the Trappers, Izayah Ulmer finished with 88 passing yards, including one touchdown. Ulmer totaled one rushing touchdown. Erick Buechler recorded one touchdown catch. On defense, Jaxon Stoebner tallied eight tackles for the Trappers. Alcester-Hudson closed the regular season at 6-2, while Scotland-Menno finished 4-4.

The Scotland After Prom is selling School Spirit Blankets. These blankets are extra large, 60 X 70, snuggly soft and a limited edition. Blankets are offered for Scotland Highlanders or Scotland/Menno Trappers for $30 a piece. These blankets are great for any sporting event, use at home to show your school spirit or don't forget about those alumni you are buying Christmas gifts for. Tonight the Trappers head to Alcester for their last regular season game! The Trappers will take on the Alcester-Hudson Cubs in this Conference Matchup. Kickoff is earlier at 6pm due to the Cubs' homecoming. Come on out and root on our Scotland/Menno Trappers for this last game before playoffs!
The Menno National Honor Society will be hosting their Veterans Day Program on Tuesday November 11th at 2pm in the Menno New Gym. All are invited, and encouraged, to attend. Coffee and bars will be served following the program in the Old Gym.
