Today the Scotland/Menno MS Girls Basketball team travels to Centerville to take on the Tornadoes! 6th grade will start at 4pm with two 12 minute running halves and a 3 minute halftime. 7th and 8th grade will follow with 5 minutes after conclusion of prior game, 6 minute quarters, and a 4 minute halftime. Angel Tree Week will be December 9th-13th! Paper Ornaments with wanted gifts are located in the front office. Each Paper ornament will have a wanted gift written on it. Take an ornament and return it with the unwrapped, indicated gift. Please return all gifts to the tree in the free study area by December 11th.
There will be dress-up days to promote the event. Monday is 'Twas the Night before Christmas (PJ's), Tuesday is Ugly Sweater Day, Wednesday is Christmas Character Day, Thursday is Awkward Family Photo Day, and Friday is Christmas Vacation (Hawaiian Shirts). Each day, the class with the most spirit will receive candy canes. The class with the best overall holiday spirit at the end of the week will win a hot chocolate party!

2nd and 3rd graders visited the nursing home today!










First grade has been learning about how shadows are made and how they change based on the position of the sun or a light source 🔦 They each created their own gnome to experiment with.









The 2nd and 3rd graders are visiting the Care Center today and creating some turkey art to help everyone get prepped for Thanksgiving!
