The Scotland/Menno Trappers Softball game vs. Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy at Freeman has been postponed for Tuesday, April 1 due to the weather.

The 8th grade class visited the Biology 2 class today to get a feel of what high school science classes will be like.

The home opener for the Trappers Baseball Team is tonight in Menno! They will take on the Irene-Wakonda Eagles with varsity starting at 6:00pm and JV to follow. Good luck tonight Trappers!

Congratulations to the JH quiz bowl team on their runner-up finish at the Cornbelt competition.

Two baseball schedule updates - The Trappers will open the season at home in Menno on Friday night against Irene-Wakonda. Varsity game will start at 6:00pm and a JV game will follow. Also, the March 31st game at Dakota Valley has been postponed and will be moved to a later date, due to field conditions there. That time and place will be announced when finalized.

The students in Mrs. Knodel's ELA classes are preparing for state tests by learning test strategies, direction definitions, and important words through golf, sweet treats, and a treasure hunt.





Craft class in middle school is learning how to make a pop-up card. These are the finished products so far.








Today, the elementary kicked off the Kids Heart Challenge. They heard about many of the ways you can work to keep your heart healthy while the 4th and 5th graders learned a little about Hands-Only CPR!




Both Emily Dvorak and Trinity Bietz were named to the GPC All-Conference basketball team for this season! They helped lead the way the Trappers, who finished the year strong, winning 6 of their final 8 games. Great job all season long, girls!
