Thursday, Feb. 4—Menno School will have a two hour late start today due to the weather.

The Canton at Menno GBB games scheduled for tomorrow night have been postponed due to Covid issues in Canton. The games will now be played on Monday, Feb. 15 in Menno. JV starts at 5:15 and Varsity at 6:30.

Get your dancing shoes on because classes are starting March 2nd, 2021 and ending April 9th. Sign up in the office and if you have any questions please contact Ms. Bohlmann

Due to Covid issues at Canton, the girl's basketball games at Menno vs. Canton on Thursday, Feb. 4 have been postponed.

FCCLA will be serving Arby’s roast beef/roast beef and cheddar sandwiches this Saturday at the double header here with Irene-Wakonda. Also we will have the usual nachos, taverns, hot dogs and chili dogs. Please thank them for the support.

Doubleheader bball games vs. Avon tonight in Menno. JV girls play in old gym at 4:30 and boys in new gym at 4:30. Boys varsity starts at 5:45 and girls varsity team will finish up the evening. Watch online at Wolves Live Ticket. #GoWolves.

On Saturday, January 30, 2021, the state VFW Headquarters had a Zoom meeting with the Patriot's Pen, Voice of Democracy, and the teacher awards. Taylor Freier received second place in the Patriot's Pen essay contest, and will receive a prize from the VFW. Stay tuned for more.

We are extremely excited to have you participating in the 2021 DWU Culver’s HS Girls Classic. This year will look slightly different from a logistical standpoint to account for our institutional COVID-19 protocols. Below are a few changes that we want to specifically highlight for Friday, February 12th.
- Face coverings will be required for the duration of the event
- There will be two sessions (outlined below)
- Limited to 1,000 tickets for each session (presale tickets will be online at www.dwuathletics.com/ticketing and available at the door until capacity limits are reached)
- Presale ticketing will go live at 9:00am on Saturday, January 30th at www.dwuathletics.com/ticketing
- Corn Palace will be cleared between sessions
- Tickets will be $8 for adults and $4 for K-12 students (ticket prices are per session)
- All games will be streamed online at https://portal.stretchinternet.com/dwu/ or available on your local Mitchell Telecom channel

Additional Information
- Second team listed will be the designated home team (light uniforms and north bench)
- Locker room assignments will be posted upon your arrival
- Minimum of 10 minute warm-up with armory available during game before yours (visiting team during halftime and home team during 3rd quarter)
- Athletic Training will be on site for the duration of the day
- School officials will be given a promo code to receive a set number of comped tickets
- Food, beverage and t-shirts will be placed in your locker room at the conclusion of the game
- There will be an MVP announced after each game. Please have your teams remain on the floor until this presentation is complete.
- Buses are asked to park behind the Corn Palace
- Team personnel will enter through the back doors of the Corn Palace
- Boys Classic pairings will be announced Saturday, February 6th at 9:00am. Similar format and protocols are expected to be used.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep our teams, spectators and event workers safe. We ask that respective school administrators/staff help enforce the protocols put forth by Dakota Wesleyan University and the Corn Palace during their respective schools contest.

Carly Herrboldt, Brady Fergen, Kaelea McCoy, and Kyle Kyriss received outstanding performance medals at the Region 1-B One Act Play contest in Sioux Falls on Wednesday, January 27th.
