Tomorrow is the Menno FCCLA sponsored babysitting clinic. Attendees can enter the south elementary wing door starting at 9:45 am and proceed to the family and consumer sciences classroom. Remember to bring a sack lunch. The activities are from 10 am to 4 pm. Parents can pick up their son/daughter on the south side of the school.
Tonight is Family Fun Night sponsored by the Menno FCCLA Chapter. Doors will open at 6:45 pm in the old gym. Families will have the opportunity to play a variety of board games and cards, toss some bean bags, create a wall of thanks, eat some snacks, eat snacks, and color some pictures in the gym. You can also watch Home Alone in the family and consumer sciences classroom, The cake walk will start at 8:30 pm. Activities end at 9 pm. There will be a free will donation to cover the cost of the event. We look forward to seeing you there!
Menno School will have an early dismissal on Wed. Nov. 24 at 1:00 and there will be no school on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 25 & 26 for Thanksgiving vacation.

The Personal Finance class visited the Menno State Bank today. They enjoyed holding the cold hard cash inside the vault.

Human Development has been helping first grade learn about animals.


GRADES 9-12: The No Sweat Scholarship is a new offering of a $2500 scholarship grant for your High School student (Grades 9 -12). This is super easy to apply for with No GPA requirements, No minimum income requirements, and no essays to write. See the Counselor’s Corner or Mrs. Fischer for more information.
SENIORS: The Eastern Chapter of the South Dakota Engineering Society has $2,000 scholarships available for 2022 High School Graduates who will be attending either SD School of Mines and Technology or SDSU in the Fall of 2022. You can find this scholarship on the Counselor’s Corner.
SENIORS: The Helena Home Grown Scholarship is available. There are 65 scholarships worth $1,000 each. You are able to apply if you are a graduating 2022 high school senior who will pursue a two- or four- year degree in an agriculture and/or science major.
