Thank you to the high school track kids, high school kids, Menno School staff, parents, and community members for working the track meet yesterday. We had a very successful day thanks to your generosity. Congratulations to the Jr. High Track team on some great performances. Keep working hard.
Big thanks to the Music Boosters for the most famous concession stand at any track meet this year. They do an amazing job!
We were able to host all three track meets this year and the only way we can do that is by all the volunteers. Thank you!

Last week, the Wildlife and Fisheries class practiced their casting accuracy and then went fishing to end the fisheries unit.

More photos of the Holocaust memorial projects.

For the past three weeks, the eighth grade class has been reading about World War II and the Holocaust in the drama of The Diary of Anne Frank written by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett and Elly: My True Story of the Holocaust by Elly Berkovits Gross. We also watched a documentary entitled Paper Clips where children from Whitwell, Tennessee created a memorial at their school for the victims of the Holocaust. This last week, the students have worked to create ideas for a memorial that could be built in our town. They are proud of their work and should be. Please take some time and view their projects. If you see one of those students, please tell them that you have seen what they created. I’m really proud of the work that they have completed in just four short days.
