PK-5 found some new sensory stickers around Menno Elementary today. There are a number of different activities going up around school that are aimed at utilizing movements in the hallways to improve cognition and coordination. Plus it’s fun to watch them hop around like frogs!

Scotland’s After Prom will be having a tailgate fundraiser for tonight’s game. They will start serving at 5:00 p.m. and will have a meal deal of pork sandwich, coleslaw, chips, bar and water for $8.00 or add another sandwich for $10.00. They will also have regular concession food, too. This will be served at the concession stand (located under the south side of the stadium).

JUNIORS and SENIORS – If you are interested in the healthcare field you can check out what Mitchell Tech has to offer in that area at Scrubs Camp. Scrubs Camp is Wednesday, October 27. Please fill out the attached form and return it by the October 20 deadline to Mitchell Tech. If you choose to go, this will count as a College visit day. Just a reminder Juniors get one college visit day and Seniors get two days for the entire year. See Mrs. Fischer with more questions.

Nicci Suurmeirer will be taking individual memory mate pictures of JH football players along with a team picture on Monday beginning at 2:45, before the game at Scotland. The coaches will be sending home envelopes with choices of pictures and prices.

Menno hosted the JH Cross Country Power Run at the Power Show Site yesterday. Erick B. placed 1st and Izayah placed 2nd. Hannah was 3rd, Emmalyn 5th, and Baily 6th place. Good job runners. Thank you also to the HS CC team for helping and track coaches Liebl and Zeeb.
