Pep Rally this morning from 8:45-9:30, 9:30-12:10 students will decorate the main street business windows and the football field fence. Early dismissal today at 1:00. Football game vs. Winner starts at 2:30.

The 4th Graders graphed the sizes of the Trappers vs. the Warriors and they determined that the Trappers will win tomorrow!



Tomorrow we will use the 1:00 dismissal schedule for class periods and lunch.

Menno Coronation—Congratulations to Queen Bridget Vaith and King Treyton Sayler who were selected by the student body.

Menno School will be dismissing at 1:00 on Friday, September 17. The homecoming football game in Menno starts at 2:30 vs. Winner.

Homecoming Coronation is tonight at 7:30 pm in the old gym.

SENIORS: Here we go the first scholarships of the year. SD Elks Vocational Scholarship is worth $1,000 and is given to a student who will be enrolling in a Vocational or Technical Program by the Fall of 2022. The deadline is November 15, 2021.
The 2021-2022 South Dakota Farmers Union Foundation Scholarship is open to any high school Senior or current Post Secondary Freshman that is attending a South Dakota school and is a current Farmers Union member or becomes a member. There are three of these scholarships each worth $500 and the deadline is Oct. 22, 2021 at 8am.

SENIORS: Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship is worth $4,000-50,000 and is available now and the deadline is November 15, 2021. Eligibility: Current high school seniors, or the equivalent, who are citizens of the United States are eligible to apply. Applicants do not need to be related to a member of the Elks. High school graduates are not eligible to apply. Find out all the details on the Counselor’s Corner or contact Mrs. Fischer.

Seventh grade students and preschool and the begindergarten students are enjoying being reading buddies this year. Mrs. Stepanek and Mrs. Knodel are enjoying watching the children reading to one another.
