Menno School District will be dismissing early on Tuesday and Wednesday (Dec. 21 & 22) at 12:40 pm. Students in grades 6-12 will be taking semester tests on those days unless they are exempt. School will resume on January 4, 2022. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

The Elementary got to enjoy some hot chocolate and a rice krispy bar today while watching How the Grinch Stole Christmas. It was part of this month's PBIS rewards, and the kids did a great job earning PAWS passes all December.

Understand and know the rules of the game. 4. Refer to the SDHSAA website for information about basketball at https://www.sdhsaa.com/activity/basketball/ and the National Federation of State High School Associations at http://nfhs.com/ 5. Please stand and clap for the school songs. 6. Please stand at attention and put your hand over your heart for the National Anthem. 7. Please limit trips to the lobby area for concessions and restrooms. Try and exit the gym when there is a stop in the game. 8. Stay off the playing court. Don’t walk across the court to get to the other side. 9. Parents are responsible for their children while in attendance. 10. Kids will not be allowed to congregate in the entryway or hallways during games. They are to be seated and watching the game. The only time they should be out of their seats is to visit the bathroom or concessions during timeouts and in-between games. 11. Stay out of the Old Gym. 12. The playground will not be monitored.

Angel Tree Week is this week! The tree is already set-up in the Free Study Area with wanted gift tags hanging on the tree. If you would like to donate, go to the tree, take a tag off the tree, get the indicated gift on the tag, and return the tag with the gift underneath the tree. To promote the week, we will have the following dress-up days. Thursday December 16th – Ugly Sweater Day (wear it to the basketball game too!) Friday December 17th – Christmas Movie Character Day
