VB report from Yankton P&D
Ethan 3, Menno 0
MENNO – Two Ethan players were able to collect double-doubles in their 25-21, 25-16, 25-12 win over Menno in girls’ high school volleyball action on Thursday.
For Ethan, Ava Lingemann had 22 kills and 16 digs and Maddy Bartseher had 32 assists and 11 digs. Claire Mellegaard led the team in digs, getting 25 in the match.
Menno’s Joslynn Fischer picked up a double-double in the contest as well, getting 16 assists and digs. Ashton Massey had seven kills on the night and was followed by Amanda Rames, who had four.
Ethan’s record moves to 5-4, with the team playing again on Tuesday at Madison.
Menno’s record is 2-6 now, and the team will play again on Tuesday at Howard.
Ethan’s JV team beat Menno in a close game, winning 25-23, 25-23.

Placers from Wednesday's meet at Freeman Academy are: Ashton (2nd), Zoe (14th) and Erick (14th) in varsity. Junior high placers are: Savanah (2nd), Hannah (3rd), Ivana (4th), Leah (7th), Emma (8th) and Briley (9th).



Varsity VB was defeated by the Ethan Rustlers at home tonight.






JV team lost two close ones tonight 23-25. Keep working hard ladies.







The C team lost 0-2 to Ethan.





Wolves 6th and 7th graders lose 0-2 to Ethan.






The Wolves 8th VB team wins a thriller 2-1 over Ethan. Good job ladies. Keep working hard.

The 1st FFA Chapter Meeting will be held in the Ag Room/Shop Friday September 8th at 3:00p.m. All FFA members and students interested in joining FFA should attend the meeting. #FFA

The Trapper Football team is hosting a Pink Night on October 6th when they play Armour. Pink shirts can be ordered through Sept 15th. **See the attachment in today's announcements. All proceeds will be donated to Team HOPE. You can also pick up and return forms to the office along with payment

There will be a tailgate supper at Baker Field in Scotland prior to the start of the Scotland/Menno Trappers and MV/P football game on Friday, Sept. 8. Burgers and water will be ready from 6-7 pm in front of the stadium. Free will donation for Trapper Football.


Gameday! Volleyball takes on Ethan at home this evening for Parent's Night. Matches begin at 4:00 and follow the order of 8, 7/6, C, JV, and Varsity. Both the JV and Varsity games will be livestreamed at https://wolves.liveticket.tv/ #GOWOLVES
