Test prep is happening in Mrs. Knodel's classroom. The sixth grade are playing a golf game to reinforce test tips and vocabulary while the eighth grade are discovering sweet treats while learning about test vocabulary.

It's never too early to start working on marching band! 6th and 7th grade band students received their first marching lesson today!

We handed out some big awards yesterday in the Elementary honoring our Character Counts winners, Super Readers, and the Student of the Month.
Character Counts winners did an exceptional job displaying the trait of "Caring" last month. They include - Alex C., Mya L. (not pictured), Kenneth T., Harper K., Branson S., Lillian B., and Abby G.
Super Readers were Camden H., James Z., Jonathan M., Isaiah M., Charlotte H., Taralyn G., Irah R.
The Menno Elementary Student of the Month for February was Grace H.! Great job everyone!

The Menno FFA Chapter is celebrating the American Farmer with a Tractor Parade this Friday! We'd love to have any interested community members or businesses join the students in the fun. Just let Ms. Haberman or the office know before Friday that you'd like to enter!


Spring sports are approaching soon....
**We will have a softball meeting Wednesday morning at 7:55 for anyone going out for spring softball this year grades 8-12!
**Attention Track participants!! The first practice for HS will begin on Wednesday, March 6th; MS practice will begin on Monday, March 18th

Summer registrations for softball, baseball and swim team have been sent home with elementary students. Sixth -12th Grade need to pick up a form from the office or print from the attachment in the daily announcements. Please return them to the school or a Menno Athletic Club Member by Friday, March 8. You may also mail them to Menno Athletic Club, PO Box 208, Menno SD 57045. There will be a collection box near the school entrance where you can drop off any unused equipment that you no longer need
