UPDATE for One Act!
While viewing the state ballot today, Salome Carr was also awarded an outstanding performance award! Congratulations to Salome!
Just a little one act history and trivia - State Superiors 6, outstanding performance awards at state 49, ensemble awards 6 with 47 kids receiving an award. This all began in 1999 and continues in 2021 and beyond.
State One Act Play awards were announced this evening. Menno and the play “Pandemic” received a Superior award.
Kaelea M, Kyle K, Brady F, Adrian N, Carly H, Alexis H, Chandler D, and Caden F received superior acting awards.
4th Graders are working hard on learning the Scientific Method. They started with an investigation using Skittles and now they are planning investigations with plants.

There will be practice for Cheer Camp (Little Cheerleaders) on Wednesday, Feb. 17 from 3:15-5:00. Please pick up your child from the old gym at 5:00.
There will be a watch party in Mrs. Knodel’s room today beginning at 5:45 for the one act cast and crew. Awards will start at 6:00 P.M. We will know our results at that time. Please let Mrs. Knodel know if you are going to be there so she knows how much pizza to order. Please bring your own beverage.

Big Cornbelt Conference win for the Menno varsity girls over B-E 60-45. Morgan Edelman scored 23 points, Jesse Munkvold 18 and Paityn Huber with 10.
