The Menno Live team will be broadcasting away basketball games this season that are not already being provided via a free online service by the home school.

COVID-19 Guidelines
SEATING
• Masks are required in the Mitchell Christian School building, for individuals five and older, due to the city-wide mask mandate that Mitchell has in place
• Fans are encouraged to keep distancing in mind when choosing seats. We will have bleachers out on both sides of the gym to allow for adequate spacing.
• Please do not sit in the row directly behind the home bench or the away bench, to allow for extra distancing.
ENTERING/EXITING
• Fans should keep distance between the person in front of them when entering the MCS gymnasium.
• Upon entering the school building, visitors should enter the gym doors to the left, and home school attendees should enter the gym doors to the right.
• Cash will be accepted. Exact cash is preferred, but change will be available if needed. Cashless payments will not be accepted.
• POST CONTEST PROTOCOLS
o No spectators will be allowed on the playing surface after contests.
o MCS will pray with the visiting team immediately after the contest and then both teams will leave the gym floor.
• The basketball teams only will stand on opposite sides of half court, spaced six feet apart during the prayer.
o Fans should exit the gym immediately following the contest, keeping distancing in mind.
o Only parents helping with clean up should remain in the gym.
Typically, we allow fans to gather on the floor after the game, but we will not be doing that this season. Fans should plan to leave immediately after the contest.
CONCESSIONS
• We will be providing concessions at Mitchell Christian School with social distancing guidelines in place. We appreciate your patience as it may take a bit longer to fill your order.

First home basketball games of the season will be tonight vs. Howard. JV girls play in the old gym at 4:30 (no livestream), JV boys play in new gym at 4:30; varsity boys start at 5:45 and varsity girls will finish off the night around 7:30. Attendance for the Parkston Classic will be limited to (4) vouchers per rostered player, coach, stat and cheerleader for all the Parkston Classic BB event. Coaches will distribute the vouchers to the team. Only adults need vouchers and all students K-12 are admitted and do not need a voucher. Please have patrons present the voucher and pay the gate fee. Face coverings are required for all non-participants.

Double Header Guidelines for Hanson School District:
A total of 4 passes will be given to players to distribute at their discretion. Regular admission fees apply.
All Pre/K – 12th grade students are permitted to attend and do not need a Pass. Regular admission fees apply. Conference passes are honored.
Hand sanitizer will be available at each door entrance.
Please social distance by families as much as possible.
Masks are mandatory except for active participants, officials, and bench personnel during the contest in which they are participating.
After the contest concludes, we ask spectators to immediately begin to vacate the building.
The band will NOT play.
Concessions will be served, please use good judgment to not crowd the concessions area.
