Participants in cheer camp performance come to the old gym at 7 PM to practice the routine. Wear your bow, pink t-shirt, and black shorts or leggings. We will perform at halftime of the varsity game and then be released to your parent/guardian

Congratulations to senior Morgan Edelman for scoring her 2000th career point tonight at Marion. Wolves win 48-13. Edelman is the all time scoring leader at Menno High School.

Marion Covid restrictions:
• We have been limiting our attendance to 4 fans per player. We still encourage that to limit the number of fans but do not use vouchers any longer.
• Masks are mandatory for admission and while standing in line for concessions. Masks are recommended while in the bleachers.
• Social distancing is encouraged.
• Players and coaches do not have to wear masks
• Hand sanitizer will be made available at the scorer’s table.

The English II students created poems based on their names after reading a memoir "By Any Other Name" by Santha Rama Rau. Their poems are displayed in the hallway by the free study area.

In Contemporary Novels, Kaitlynn created a characterization for the main characters in the novel A Curse Dark As Gold by Elizabeth C. Bunce. She had to create characterizations of the characters from the story.

Over Christmas break, the eighth grade students finished reading Fever 1793. They created the images of the book on paper that lines the hallway to the library.

The sixth grade students read the book The One and Only Ivan over Christmas Break and then created visualizations of the story for the hall leading to the library.

The Wildlife and Fisheries class has been learning how to score deer antlers according to the Boone and Crocket scoring system. The class broke up into teams and each was challenged with applying their scoring knowledge to create the largest set of antlers.
