Caring Rose Week will be observed on Friday, November 5 and Monday through Thursday, November 8 to 11. For $10 plus two non-perishable food items, you can buy one dozen roses. Deadline for pre-ordering is Tuesday, November 2. Order forms were sent home with preschool through fifth grade on October 21. Other students and adults can use the attached form or pick up an order form from the FCCLA bulletin board.

Yesterday was the State Cross County Meet at Yankton Trails Park in Sioux Falls. Kadeyn and Ashton competed. Kadeyn had a good race placing 59th in a time of 20:15. Although the race was a struggle for Ashton, she showed strength in completing the race in 108th, despite adversity. I'm very honored to be able to work with two really great young people.

Red Ribbon Week Activities--Oct. 25-29
Menno will host a C Team VB Tourney on Saturday, Oct. 23. Five team round robin. Both gyms will be used. Post Prom Committee will be operating the concession stand. Admission is $5/adults and $3/students. This is a volleyball team fundraiser.
