
Congratulations to Ashton and Kadeyn who will be participating at the State Cross Country Meet on October 24th in Sioux Falls!! In the boys race Kadeyn was 8th, Izayah 21st, Erick 26th and Hunter 32nd. Ashton placed 13th in the girls division. Great job Menno runners!!

Our Veteran's Day Program will be Thursday November 11th at 2pm in the New Gym. It is open to the public and we invite you to attend! There will be coffee and bars for all guests in the Auxiliary Gym immediately following the program.

The PBIS team was busy after school creating kits for building catapults to chuck a pumpkin on Thursday and Friday as a reward.





The Menno School District has a full-time Paraprofessional position open for the 5th-8th grade classroom at Maxwell Colony School. High School diploma or GED required.
Duties are as follows:
Tutoring students
Correcting student work
Assisting in planning
Monitoring attendance and behavior
Working collaboratively with classroom teacher

Drop off gently used or new winter clothing and shoes/boots for infants through adults, full-size or twin-size bedding, kitchen dishcloths and towels, and washcloths and towels at Total Stop, Menno State Bank, or the north entrance of the Menno School. Donations can also be delivered to the lobby of the new gym at Tuesday night's volleyball match with Hanson. Contact FCCLA members Abby B., Bridget V., or Hall VH if you have questions. Last day to donate is Wednesday, October 13. So the items can be delivered to United Way of Greater Yankton Area for The Clothing Closet where those who are financially struggling can acquire the necessary items for free.
