Volleyball report from the Yankton P&D online. Bridgewater-Emery 3, Menno 0 MENNO — The Bridgewater-Emery Huskies stormed past the Menno Wolves 25-16, 25-11, 25-16 in prep volleyball on Tuesday night. Oakley Weber posted 10 kills, 12 set assists and nine digs for the Huskies. Lilly Hilton achieved eight kills, 15 set assists and 11 digs. Tenley Jatczak had 11 kills. For the Wolves, Ervin Schrock attained 11 digs, Ashlynn Derby posted nine digs and Kylie Guthmiller got five digs. Bridgewater-Emery’s record improved to 4-0 and Menno’s record moved to 1-7. Bridgewater-Emery plays Irene-Wakonda on Thursday and Menno travels to Ethan on Thursday.

Elly Fischer is hosting a cheer camp for her senior project. They've been busy practicing for their performance this Friday night at halftime of the Trappers football game. Game time is 7 pm in Menno.

Developmental Screening for children, ages 3-5, in the Menno School District. The screening is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23rd, at the school in Menno.
Please note the following:
Children currently enrolled in the Menno Preschool program will be screened during their regular preschool session on September 23rd.
Appointments for children ages 3-5, current NOT enrolled in the Menno Preschool program will be scheduled through South Central Cooperative Office.
Parents who have concerns about their child's development (if the child is under the age of 3) should contact the Birth to Three Coordinator. Contact information is on the news release.

If any student in grades 9-12 would like to be a member of the Menno FCCLA chapter, stop by the office and grab a membership form!

49 Students in K-8 completed the IXL Summer Challenge! Students in K-5 who completed the challenge were rewarded on Friday morning with donuts and fun at the Scotland park. The Middle School students will be taken out to lunch by Mr. Lehr! Congratulations to all of the students who completed the challenge!

Our Cross Country Runners are heading to Scotland today! The race starts at 4pm. Good Luck Wolves!

Trapper football game report from the Yankton P&D online. Bon Homme 60, Scotland-Menno 12 TYNDALL — The Bon Homme Cavaliers held off the Scotland-Menno Trappers 60-12 in prep football action on Friday night. DeVonne Sesler rushed for two touchdowns for Bon Homme. Madden Merkwan rushed a 5-yard touchdown. Isaiah Crownover rushed for 43 yards, a touchdown and earned one interception and one sack. For the Trappers, Mirik Vaith rushed for a 55-yard touchdown. Bon Homme, 3-0, plays against Garretson next Friday. Scotland-Menno, 1-2, hosts Hanson on Sept.11.
