At our Veterans Day Program 14 Veterans received either a Quilt of Valor or a Quilt of Honor. Four Quilts of Valor were given out and ten Quilts of Honor were given out. Pictured are various recipients and their families.

The National Honor Society hosted their Veterans Day Program today. Four Menno students had the opportunity to present their Patriotic Pen Essays and Voices of Democracy Speech. Those students were 8th grader Audrey M., 8th grader Joanna H., 6th grader Ryian H., and Sophomore Ruby F.

Today we honor those who have given their lives for our freedom. Everything we have is thanks to a Veteran who has fought for our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We are thankful for everything that they have done and proudly honor them today. Happy Veterans Day!

Today the Middle School Girl's Basketball Team is heading to Avon! There will be a 6th, 7th, and 8th grade game starting at 4pm. Good luck tonight Trappers!

The Sixth Grade Drama class is getting ready for the Christmas musical by creating sets. They have learned about sets and are ready to deck the stage with their set for "Christmas Chronicles" on December 8 at 7 P.M.

FAFSA Night will be held in Scotland on Tuesday, November 12th at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room. All seniors and juniors, along with one of their parents or guardians, are encouraged to attend. A representative from Mount Marty University will be present to guide families through the financial aid process and answer any questions.
