The Spring Scholastic Book Fair starts Monday morning at 10 am!! It is BOGO—Buy One, Get One free fair!! Stop by for some great deals on some great reads for the summer! Each elementary class will have an opportunity to shop and fill out wish lists during their regular library time. Hours: Mon.-Tue. 10 - 4; Wed. 10 - 7; Thur. 10 - 4 AND 6:00-8:30 --Before and after the Elementary Spring Concert! The bookcases will be moved to the back of the gym!!

Today the Scotland/Menno Baseball Team is heading to Corsica to play Mount Vernon/Plankinton/Corsica-Stickney! Varsity starts at 5:30pm and JV will follow. Good luck Trappers!

ALL attending Students need to be at the school at 4pm for individual and group pictures. Parents/Guardians are welcome to join at this time as well.

Menno Relays report from the Yankton P&D online
Menno Relays
MENNO — The Freeman boys and Colman-Egan girls claimed team honors in the Menno Relays track and field meet, Thursday in Menno.
Freeman scored 139.5 points to claim the boys’ title. Scotland-Menno (114.5) was second, followed by Sioux Falls Lutheran (92) and Hanson (89).
Freeman won four events, with Luke Peters having a hand in three wins. Peters won the 100 (11.92), and ran on the Flyers’ winning 400 (45.75) and 800 (1:33.90) relays. Tate Sorensen also ran on both relays. Alaric Knittel, who won the javelin (133-10), and David Walter completed the 400 relay squad, while Luke Miller and Brody Sorensen completed the 800 relay team.
Scotland-Menno’s Brooks Schoenfish won the shot put (45-8) and discus (147-5). The Trappers also won the 3200 relay, with C.J. Bjorum, Luke Bierle, Daniel Schaeffer and Mirik Vaith finishing in 9:35.00.
Colman-Egan won the girls’ title with 134 points. Arlington (104) was second, followed by Freeman (91) and Scotland-Menno (85).
For Freeman, Vaida Ammann won the 200 (28.03) and anchored the Flyers to victory in the 1600 relay (4:17.38). Cadence Hofer, Rylee Peters and Landrei Baker completed the relays quad for the Flyers.
Scotland-Menno had two wins on the girls’ side: Kylie Guthmiller in the javelin (103-1) and Taylor Didomenico in the pole vault (7-0).
The Varsity Trapper Golf team competed at the Southeast SD Smalls Schools meet at Foxrun golf course in Yankton.
On the girls side Campbell Mogck brought home the 15th place medal.
We didn’t have anyone place on the boys side but Brigham Rokusek led the boys team scoring with a 92.

Congratulations to the 2026 Menno Relays Honorary Referee Coach Ken Bruckner! His dedication to the the Menno Public Schools and athletic programs is truly unparalleled, and we are very grateful for his service.
