If players & parents need a ride to Scotland for the varsity FB meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 2., we will take a bus and leave at 6:40 pm from the main gym area. Meeting starts at 7 pm at the FB field. Parents and players (grades 9-12) need to attend.

There will be a middle school football meeting for grades 6-8 on Monday, August 1 at 5:00 pm in the main gym. All players and a parent need to attend. Forms will be handed out and equipment will also be given out. If you can’t make it, contact Coach Dylan Lehr. 605-760-4324.

There will be a varsity football meeting in Scotland on Tuesday, August 2 at 7:00 pm. Meeting is at the football field. All players in grades 9-12 and a parent need to attend.

The 2022-2023 MS-HS class schedule has been posted on the school website. Classes will start at 8:15 and end at 3:20. The first day of school is August 17. These are all changes from what was previously announced. You may view the schedule at https://5il.co/1f04n

The Menno School District is currently looking for Bus Drivers for the 2022-23' school year. It includes a 170-day contract and the school will pay for any CDL testing needed. Please contact the office at 605-387-5161 if interested.


Cross Country will have a fun run at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26. Meet in front of the new gym. It is open to anyone that would like to get a run in with friends. Feel free to bring along your buddies. We will have refreshments afterwards.

Students interested in Oral Interp this fall should send Mrs. Knodel any ideas for selections ASAP.

Due to a scheduling error that resulted in 2 more teacher and student schools days this year than are required, we will be adjusting the calendar. Instead of school beginning on August 16th, the first day of classes will now be Wednesday the 17th. The Open House date of the 15th will not change. Also, the start of second semester classes will move from January 3rd to Wednesday the 4th. We apologize for any inconveniences.
