The seniors enjoyed a trip to Pierre for Government class.


The elementary students had special guests read to them in honor of Dr. Seuss birthday today.




Penny Wars Week is THIS WEEK! All proceeds will go to Kenny Wintersteen. There will be buckets for each class at Total Stop, as well as in the elementary classrooms and the following classrooms for MS/HS. Coins will count positively towards the class total and dollars will count negatively. The class with the highest point total at the end of the week will win a Breakfast Pizza Party!

Menno hosted the Cornbelt Conference JH Oral Interp Contest today. Students participating were Zoe S., Elly F., Ervin S., Zain K., Emmalyn H., Taylor D., Brooks S., and Hannah M. Those winning top superior honors were Elly F. - poetry; Ervin S. - dramatic; and Zain K. - humorous. Those receiving a superior were Zoe S. - oratory; Emmalyn H. - oratory; and Brooks Schoenfish - dramatic. Those receiving an excellent rating were Taylor D. - poetry and Hannah M. - humorous.


Congratulations to the Menno students who performed at yesterdays Region Solo/Ensemble Contest in Lennox. Josie Stokes, Will Stokes, Haylee Hall, Lauren Schoenfish, and Lexie Hogeland all received a superior rating on their solos!

Good luck to the middle school oral interp students today. Menno is hosting the Cornbelt Conference MS Oral Interp contest.

The Olivet United Methodist Church is collecting nonperishable food items through the month of March. Food items collected will be taken to the Freeman Food Bank. Items can be dropped off at the Business Office of the Menno School during normal school hours.
