FFA members and parents, please sign up to work the Menno FFA 4th of July BBQ. You can sign up via the google doc or text or email Ms. Haberman. All members are required to work, but if unable to, need to communicate with Ms. Haberman.
Set Up for the BBQ will be July 3rd at 9:00a.m. in the Old Gym. All members are asked to come help set up if they are able to. Members who help set up on Monday morning will be allowed to leave first on Tuesday afternoon.
FFA clothing will be available for pickup the mornings of July 3 & 4.
Congratulations to Bill Schoenfish of Menno for being honored today by the SD Coaches Association with the Distinguished Service Award. Bill has been a basketball referee for more than 30 years. He's very deserving of this award.

Time- 9.30am to 11.30 am.
Registration-- Wednesday from 9-9.30
Bring clubs if you have them. We do have some clubs for you to try if needed

Congratulations to our S/M Trapper Golfers at the State B Golf Meet--Mav Smith was a medalist, placing 22nd out of 132. Kailin Odens placed 56th in a 4 way tie. Evie Foss placed 70th in a 2 way tie. There were 123 female golfers. Great season!

Great News for SD Opportunity Scholars!
The SD legislature did increase the funding amount for the SD Opportunity Scholarship earlier this spring. This means any students who are entering the program after July 1, 2023 (Class of 2023 and beyond) will receive the funding under the new scholarship funding schedule.
$1,500 for the first year of attendance;
$1,500 for the second year of attendance;
$1,500 for the third year of attendance; and
$3,000 for the fourth year of attendance
The SD Opportunity Scholarship applications along with transcripts have been sent to colleges and universities for our four Seniors that received this honor. If you have any questions contact Mrs. Fischer.
2023 Seniors - Your official high school transcripts have been emailed to your college or university. If you have any questions you may contact Mrs. Fischer by phone or email. Thank you and enjoy your summer!

The team of Cody Fischer, Brayden Sattler, Kadeyn Ulmer, and Bryce Sattler made their way to the podium twice this weekend. The Wolves squad took 4th place in the 4x400 and 6th place in the 1600M Medley!
