
Homecoming 2023 Information:
The parade will begin at 10:45am on September 15th. All local businesses and organizations are welcome to create a float and participate! No political content will be allowed on any float at any time.
Male Volleyball and Powderpuff Football will require parent permission forms to participate. These can be picked up in the front office.

Reminder that there will be a ROOMS rep available during tonight's volleyball games. They will have a table set up in the Old Gym where you can stop by with any questions and grab a free slice of pizza!


Picture day is Friday, September 1st! We will also take fall pictures that day. All orders must be made online AFTER picture day. More information can be found in the attached image. The schedule for the day is:

An email was sent out to band parents that contained information about volunteering for Menno Band Day. Parents, please take a look at the worker list for Band Day and let Mr. Bray know if you can volunteer. Band Day is on Friday, Oct. 6th. Thank you! Mr. Bray

Freeman Area Children's Choir (FACC) is back for its fall concert season! Students in grades 4th-8th from the surrounding areas are encouraged to join us! Rehearsals are Monday evenings September 11th-November 6th from 6:30-8:00 pm. The fall concert will take place the evening of Sunday, November 12th. Grades 9-12: Yankton’s Scrub Camp - If you are interested in attending this event, please fill out the electronic form. This is NOT a school-sponsored activity but if you go you will not be counted absent. You will be responsible for your own transportation and food. See Mrs. Fischer with any questions.

**Reminder for all MS/HS students and parents/guardians to return the required forms and/or payment if you chose district protection for laptop insurance. If forms and payment (if applicable) are not returned by Wednesday, students will not be allowed to take their computer home!!!

Wolves Volleyball Home Opener tonight! MS will begin at 4:00 and go 8th/7th/6th. JV is scheduled for 6:15 with the varsity match to follow. All games will be played in the New Gym and the JV and Varsity matches will be streamed on Menno Wolves Live. #gowolves


Picture day is THIS FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 1st! It is recommended to NOT wear blue for the photos - the backdrop photographers use is blue and can cause editing issues.

Congrats to the MS Trappers football team on the big win this afternoon over Gayville-Volin 28-8.

Good luck to the middle school football team today as they travel to Gayville-Volin to take on the Raiders. Game time is 4:00 pm. Go Trappers!

The Menno School District is looking for additional substitute teachers!


Our Rooms rep was not able to attend Back to School Night as planned, but instead will be here during the home volleyball games tomorrow night against TD-A. They'll have a table set up in the Old Gym and will be sharing free pizza, so please stop and see them if you have any questions.
