Congrats to the Trappers on their big win last night for Scotland's homecoming game. Report from Yankton P&D online Scotland-Menno 53, Burke 14 SCOTLAND — Scotland-Menno rolled to a 45-0 halftime lead and coasted to a 53-14 victory over Burke in prep football action on Friday. Izayah Ulmer was 8-of-10 passing for 187 yards and three touchdowns for the Scotland-Menno offense. He also had five carries for 117 yards and two touchdowns. Also for the victorious Trappers, Hunter Clark had three catches for 83 yards and two scores. Ryder Hauck rushed for 89 yards and a score. Jarret Andretta rushed for 54 yards and a score, and had three catches for 61 yards in the victory. Brayden Kludt finished with nine tackles (five solo) and Erick Buechler picked off two passes for the Scotland-Menno defense. Carter Fischer made seven stops (four solo) and Andretta added six stops (three solo) in the contest. Brody Indahl passed for 99 yards for Burke. Jake DeLong rushed for 65 yards and a touchdown. Ryggan Lambley also rushed for a score. Ezekiel Koenig made seven stops (three solo) and Jayder Schonebaum had six stops (four solo) for the Burke defense. Scotland-Menno, 3-2, is off until an Oct. 3 trip to Colome. Burke, 2-3, hosts Tripp-Delmont-Armour-Andes Central-Dakota Christian on Sept. 26.

Today the 6th Grade Volleyball Team is heading to Armour, SD for a day of volleyball action! Their first match is at 9:45am against TDA Silver, their second one at 11:15am against Ethan, and their third one at 12:00pm against Platte/Geddes. Matches after that will depend on ranking.
