On Tuesday, we inducted three new members into the National Honor Society! Congrats!!
There will be a livestream of the Beresford Marching Band festival on dawgbonetv.com. The livestream happens in front of the Beresford elementary building - Menno performs for the elementary students as a warm up before moving on to the judged parade on Friday 9/25. Our approximate livestream time is 10:40 am.
There will not be middle school football practice today due to rain and field conditions at the practice field in Scotland. Next practice will be on Monday.

VIBORG — The Viborg-Hurley Cougars beat Menno 25-21, 25-20, 25-11 in prep volleyball action on Tuesday night.
For the Wolves, Ervin Schrock posted 11 digs. Kylie Guthmiller finished with nine kills and nine digs. Autumn Rames finished with five digs and two kills.
For the Cougars, Lexie Wetering posted 29 set assists. Olivia Hanson finished with 10 kills and seven ace serves. Kaisley Knudsen finished with 10 digs and two ace serves.
Viborg-Hurley, 7-5, plays Howard on Thursday. Menno,1-13, plays Freeman on Thursday.
Impromptu evacuation leads to a fun game of Simon Says for elementary students on this dreary Tuesday morning.

We are all clear and back in the school building after an evacuation this morning. There was a gas smell, and the Menno Fire Department and Northwestern responded quickly. They tested the valve on the south side of the building and determined we could return to classes. Everyone is safe and school is running on schedule.

Due to the amount of rain and field conditions, we will NOT have the MS and JV football games today (9/21/26) in Menno vs. Viborg-Hurley.
The JV game has been cancelled and we are trying to find another date for the MS game. Sorry for the inconvenience.
