Alcester-Hudson 64, Scotland-Menno 16 ALCESTER — Alcester-Hudson’s Jackson Meyer recorded four touchdowns as the Cubs downed the Scotland-Menno Trappers, 64-16, in prep football action on Friday. Meyer’s four touchdown catches included 101 receiving yards in the Cubs’ victory. Also for Alcester-Hudson, Tommy Walth went 13-for-15 passing for 232 yards. Walth tallied one touchdown run. Liam Moumy totaled 109 rushing yards with one touchdown. Jacob Cole recorded one touchdown catch. For the Trappers, Izayah Ulmer finished with 88 passing yards, including one touchdown. Ulmer totaled one rushing touchdown. Erick Buechler recorded one touchdown catch. On defense, Jaxon Stoebner tallied eight tackles for the Trappers. Alcester-Hudson closed the regular season at 6-2, while Scotland-Menno finished 4-4.

Blankets are offered for Scotland Highlanders or Scotland/Menno Trappers for $30 a piece. The Menno National Honor Society will be hosting their Veterans Day Program on Tuesday November 11th at 2pm in the Menno New Gym. All are invited, and encouraged, to attend. Coffee and bars will be served following the program in the Old Gym.
